A classic Italian loaf, enough for everyone. Years of experience have enables us to produce a true sourdough of a much lighter style than most. This is a full flavoured loaf enhanced by slow fermentation and the addition of some stoneground wholegrain flour. 

Ingredients: Certified organic & biodynamic flours (white wheat flour, stoneground sifted wheat flour, wholewheat flour), twice filtered 'Grander' water, certified organic sourdough culture, natural sea salt, natural vitamin C
