Refund policy for in store purchases: 

Can I return something that I purchased in store?

We will happily discuss returning a product that is in packaging and is resellable. This means that we unfortunately can't take returns for any of our bulk goods, be it in our paper bags or in your containers. We don't know how this food is kept once it leaves our store.

If you have purchased something from our store, and find it to be faulty, we require a receipt of proof of purchase within 30 days of buying this product. This could be, for example, a drink bottle lid that is faulty, or a clasp on a lunchbox is faulty. This then allows us to provide information to our supplier or manufacturer. 

Refund policy for online orders: 

If you have received your order and have missing items, damaged items or are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 48 hours. 

We would require photo proof of your order, to qualify for a refund or replacement. In some cases we may require the product to be returned to us, where the cost of the freight will be the customers responsibility.
