Local Geelong delivery + Australia wide orders:
Valerie's Pantry delivers locally around Geelong suburbs every weekday. We also post orders all over Australia via Australia Post, so if you don't live in Geelong, we've got you covered!
If you live outside of Geelong, your postcode will automatically choose 'shipping' for you at the checkout. We are unable to ship fresh or refrigerated products (ie, sourdough or milk), so you if you have these in your cart, you will be notified and they will be removed from your cart before you pay.
Have a read below of what suburbs we deliver to in Geelong, and when. We do our deliveries in suburbs/areas to make it easier for us as a team. Orders need to be in by 1pm the day before your delivery day.

If you have any further questions don't hesitate to call us (03) 52458656 or email us info@valeriespantry.comFor local Geelong delivery, orders over $30 have FREE delivery. Orders under $30 will have a $5 delivery fee.
For orders outside of Geelong, postage is a flat rate of $12.50, or $15 for express post.
For local Geelong delivery, orders need to be in by 1pm the day before. This gives us time to pack your order.
When the Valerie's Van delivers to you in Geelong, we will leave your order on the doorstep, or wherever you have instructed in your order comments.
If you're not home and have cold products ordered (ie, Schulz glass milk), we recommend you leaving out a cooler bag or esky for us to use.
Once your order has been delivered, it is not Valerie's Pantry's responsibility.
We personally pack your order (with lots of love) with bulk dry goods in biodegradable and compostable paper bags. We neatly pack your whole order in a repurposed box ready for delivery!
Orders that are being posted will also have extra packaging including packing paper and reused packing puffs to keep their goods safe during transit.
For local Geelong deliveries, depending on what day a public holiday will fall, will depend on if we deliver or not. Usually we add on an extra delivery run the day before a public holiday.
We will always communicate with you if we will deliver on your usual day, or it we will move it to another day.
Everything at Valerie's Pantry is available for home delivery, so if there's something you wish to add, write it in your comments and we can simply call you for payment for any additional items.
