Zeally Bay Sourdough Light Wholemeal


A staff favourite, the light wholemeal loaf is a lovely balance of whole wheat and white flours.

Wholemeal flour adds both an earthy bran-powered flavour and fibre to this naturally leavened loaf and its sesame seed coating adds an additional roasted and nutty complexity to the crust. 

Ingredients: Certified organic and biodynamic flours (wholemeal wheat, white wheat and stoneground wheat), twice filtered 'Grander' water, certified organic sourdough culture, natural sea salt, certified organic sesame seeds, natural vitamin C
