This certified organic artisan beef stock is made with dehydrated beef bone and finely ground vegetables, herbs and spices to provide a rich and natural flavour when added to your meals.
San Elk uses boiled dehydrated beef bones which is milder in flavour and also lighter in colour in comparison to regular beef which is darker brown. No colours, preservatives or additives are used and the addition of turmeric, reishi and shittake mushroom make this stock lighter in colour.
