Rapadura Sugar Organic

Organic rapadura sugar (sometimes known as panela) is an unrefined and unbleached sugar. It has a delicious caramel flavour, and is golden in colour. It is produced by evaporating the water from the organic sugar cane.

Rapadura can easily be substituted for any other sugars like white or brown in any recipe. It is a 1 for 1 substitute (1 cup for 1 cup).

Naturally gluten free, vegan friendly.
