'The Good Fat' beef tallow.
This tallow is made from 100% grass-fed grass-finished suet fat. Suet fat is sourced from the kidney region and provides the purest form of beef fat.
The fat is gently heated to a liquid stage not exceeding 85C (min temp 75C) and dispense. This gentle process ensures that the tallow retains all the goodness that exists in grass-finished tallow.
