Pearl Barley Biodynamic

Pearl barley is dehulled barley which has been steam processed to further remove the bran. This biodynamic barley is grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, without the use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers. It has a great texture, and is easy to add to soups or use as a side dish.

Simply boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
