Otway Pasta Company - Gluten Free Fusili


For every 500g, bring to the boil 5 lites of water (1L per 100g). Once boiling rapidly add pasta, stir and cook for 10-13 minutes or until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

1 cup - Roughly 80g to 100g.

Ingredients: White rice flour, whole 'true' free range eggs, tapioca flour, lupin flour, organic olive oil, xanthan gum, Olssons salt and filtered water
