Otway Pasta Company is based in Colac. Steve only uses true free range eggs from Birregurra, durum wheat semolina "00" flour, Victorian organic olive oil, and a little salt. All of these ingredients are combined and put through Steve's Italian pasta machine, and the end result is a smooth, nutritious and delicious pasta!
For every 500g, bring to the boil 5 lites of water (1L per 100g). Once boiling rapidly add pasta, stir and cook for 10-13 minutes or until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.
1 cup - Roughly 80g to 100g.
