These delicious Cerignola variety green olives are grown in Mildura and are made using the Spanish method of curing, which helps to preserve their lovely green colour. This method of curing also results in a milder, citrusy flavour and a firm texture.
They have a wonderful fruity flavour and crisp texture, making them perfect for adding to pastas, pizzas and breads.
Warning: Although great care has been taken to ensure all pits have been removed, it is possible that some pits or fragments still remain.
