After hand roasting these 100% Australian grown hazelnuts to perfection, the Artisan Mill Chocolatiers use a traditional method to pan and coat the nuts in the finest Barry Callebaut 53% Belgian dark couverture chocolate – an ethically produced chocolate.
They are also dairy free and completely vegan!
