Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders must be placed before 1pm for same-day collection. You will be able to choose a preferred pick-up date during checkout. When your order is ready for collection, you will recieve an email notification.

Orders for delivery must be placed before 1pm the day prior to the delivery day(s) for your region. During checkout, an estimate of the soonest possible delivery date will be displayed.

If you live near or very close to one of the areas we will be delivering to, but are not able to select your suburb during checkout, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work something out!

Many customers are in the rhythm now of weekly orders, some are even leaving containers out on their doorstep for us to collect + fill to deliver back the following week with the rest of their order they've sent through. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to over 30 suburbs in Geelong each week. Have a read above to see what day we deliver to your area.

I'm outside the delivery areas you have listed, can you still deliver to me?
Depending on how far out of the area you are, we can definitely try and work something out. Feel free to call us 5245 8656 or email us info@valeriespantry.com and we can come to a solution! Don't forget, we are still doing click & collect orders to be collected from the shop.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for orders over $30, and $5 for orders under $30.

Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for orders at this stage. Because we go to designated areas each day it makes it easier for us.

What is cut off time?
Cut off is 1pm the day before your delivery day. For example, get your order to us by 1pm Monday for a delivery to the Bellarine (Leopold, Drysdale, Clifton Springs, Portarlington, St Leonards, Queensliff, Point Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads). This gives us time to pack your order before we deliver to you.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?
No need to be home, we simply leave it on your doorstep. However let us know if this is the case as we can pack the order with a lid on the box, or we can chat about you leaving a bag or cooler bag on the doorstep for any cold items.

How is my order packed?
We personally pack your order with bulk dry goods into paper bags, clearly labelled, and any bulk liquid items into glass jars. We neatly pack your whole order into a box ready to be packed into the van for delivery!
